All rates are for two people.
Gift certificates are available.
Each additional person in the
apartments and lofts are $15.00 each.
All guest rooms accommodate two people only.

A 50% deposit is required at
the time a reservation is made.
No
reservation will be accepted without a credit card.
The Sealark is a non-smoking facility. Ashtrays are provided outside. |
The Sealark is open all year except when the owners
vacation off-season. There is a two night minimum on the weekends (Friday & Saturday) and
a three night minimum on holiday weekends during June, July, August and
September.
There is a two-week cancellation policy. Your deposit will be
returned (less a $20.00 cancellation fee) if two week notice is given.
If less than two weeks is received every attempt will be made to rent
the accommodation but if we are unable to do so, the deposit will be
retained.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 11am.
There is a large
enclosed shower at both facilities if you wish to have a full day at the
beach on checkout day.
There are gas grills available and also a place to store bikes and
beach chairs. Beach passes are not provided but are available at 30th
Street and the beach.
