| Breakfast |
| Breakfast is a special treat in the morning. Weather permitting, the setting is the roomy wrap-around porch on the northeast side of the house, which has been completely screened in for everyone's comfort. As autumn brings in the cooler temperatures, our guests breakfast in the parlor by the fireplace. |
| A buffet is served from 9 to 10 a.m. every morning. It begins with juice, coffee/tea, fruit and cereals. Homemade cakes compliment the main entrees such as Eggs Florentine, Crab Meat Custard with Tomato Coulis, Shrimp and Cheese Souffle or Stuffed Baked French Toast. Some of The Sealark's meat dishes include a tasty Apple Sausage Ring. Corned Beef Hash or perhaps some wonderful Bacon Scrapple. All dishes are homemade. Our guests always seem to linger over coffee, before heading off for the day' s activities. |
